Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in project management for complex software implementation and deployment projects, preferably within a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, computing, IT/information systems, or a healthcare-related science, or equivalent industry experience, is required. Excellent personnel and project management skills, demonstrable stakeholder management experience, the ability to multitask across a portfolio of projects, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate must be self-motivated, process-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of Baxter's Digital Products, primarily in the Italian region and globally. This includes developing, managing, and communicating detailed project plans, managing day-to-day project activities such as planning, scoping, scheduling, issue and risk tracking, and vendor management. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders regarding progress, critical factors, and obstacles, preparing presentations and status reports, and collaborating with internal teams like Sales, Finance, and R&D to resolve issues and ensure project alignment. The Project Manager must proactively highlight and mitigate project risks, follow existing project management standards, and work with the Digital Services Delivery Manager to refine processes.
