Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Responsibilities

Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources for customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results; allows modification of procedures and practices as long as end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.)
Provide necessary product knowledge training and support to the sales team, especially for VBP & Big deal projects
Collaborate with sales, app, and R&D teams; provide tender documents and professional technical support
Work closely with R&D, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth progression of products from concept to launch
Monitor product performance, analyze sales data and customer feedback, and adjust product strategies in a timely manner to enhance market competitiveness
Collect feedback from clinical users, disseminate advanced technologies, collaborate with customers to drive clinical value and promotion of product technology, ensuring maintenance of a technological edge
Collaborate with the sales team to develop actionable long-term and short-term product strategies, ensuring products meet market demands and drive sales growth
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and relay feedback to the product development team
