Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Exposure working in a client-facing capacity
  • At least 3+ years of experience working on print, digital, and marketing projects
  • 3+ years of experience working in a workflow management tool
  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience (strongly preferred)
  • Financial experience (a plus)
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
  • Ambitious to progress quickly
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools beneficial; ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools critical
  • Experience in management of creative, execution, and print production processes
  • Good understanding of digital and print disciplines
  • Confidence working in agency teams

Responsibilities

  • Create timing plans and budgets within the time and tracking system
  • Assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output
  • Ensure projects run on time and on budget
  • Manage the production of digital products (corporate websites, campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-Learning modules, banner images, graphics, etc.) and print products (posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, event/campaign collateral, communications related to major holidays, etc.) across Asia
  • Take in project briefs from the client and flesh them out for clarity
  • Work with designers, video editors, developers, and print vendors to ensure creative meets the client's brief
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
  • Manage the flow of projects through design and artwork; create timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning, and manage costs and budgets
  • Manage team data and produce monthly reports and trackers
  • Provide general administrative support to the team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects as necessary
