Role Responsibilities

• Set up and manage evaluation workflows on the Labelbox platform.
• Oversee contributor operations to meet production goals.
• Drive quality control and assurance processes.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of project management or operations experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and consistency.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and/or data platforms preferred.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with ML/AI data workflows.

As part of the Alignerr Services team, you will lead customer project implementation and manage our network of AI experts. You'll oversee significant monthly hours of specialized work across RLHF, complex reasoning, and multimodal AI projects, directly contributing to quality improvements for Frontier AI Labs. You will leverage our AI-powered talent acquisition system and access to millions of specialized professionals to rapidly deploy expert teams for clients like Google and ElevenLabs, ensuring precisely aligned human data for breakthrough AI capabilities.
