The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that Welocalize meets client deliverable acceptance criteria, including adherence to requirements, token diversity, and defect-free deliverables. This role involves managing service delivery quality, engaging with customers to define quality requirements, and monitoring customer OKRs to meet quality targets. Key duties include monitoring deliverable performance, flagging areas below client thresholds, leading customer quality discussions, adapting quality frameworks, and working with the Learning and Development team. The Quality Manager acts as the customer's point of contact for quality matters, ensuring SLAs are met, initiating Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs), conducting regular quality measurements and reporting, supporting customer and internal initiatives, and training suppliers on customer-specific tools.
