Position Overview

User Interviews is seeking a Project Coordinator I to play a pivotal role in managing clients' projects and their recruitment needs. This position involves ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through excellent communication and support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual eager to contribute to a growing, user-centric company.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance (QA) and launching recruitment for researcher-submitted projects.
  • Managing the ongoing recruitment process and full lifecycle of researcher projects.
  • Conducting proactive outreach to researchers regarding their projects.
  • Providing coverage for team members during their absence.
  • Serving as a product expert, staying current with new product releases and features.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer communications, providing timely and excellent support, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Contributing ideas and participating in brainstorms related to team goals.
  • Providing coverage on holidays (optional, not required).

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., account management, project management, customer support).
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a down-to-earth attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for joining an early-stage, lean startup.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Must be fully available to work Thursday through Monday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
