Requirements

  • First successful experience in Programmatic or digital sales, with ability to make impact in a digital environment
  • Bachelor level of work and thinking
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, technologies, and trends
  • Commercially strong and relationally skilled: builds trust, develops relationships, and turns opportunities into concrete results
  • Combines technical and analytical insight with creativity to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Takes initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and inspires customers with strategic and results-oriented storytelling
  • Fluent and professional communicator in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a driven commercial partner for clients: recognize opportunities, build relationships, and convince clients of the added value of DPG Media’s digital solutions
  • Develop Programmatic buy-strategies within a diverse client portfolio, focusing on display, video, and data solutions; translate client needs into effective campaigns
  • Serve as the commercial face of the self-service platform “DPG Admanager”: onboard new clients, provide inspiring demos, and guide them to use the platform confidently
  • Handle commercial implementation of the Datalab-platform
  • Monitor market developments and trends in the Programmatic landscape and translate them into new commercial opportunities
  • Represent DPG Media at client meetings and events, passionately presenting products and vision on digital advertising
  • Maintain partnerships with digital media agencies, advertisers, and tech partners; collaborate internally with DPG Media sales teams
  • Act as a digital sales expert and sparring partner for digital media agencies, advertisers, tech parties, and internal colleagues
  • Actively build a strong client portfolio, generate new business, and detect growth opportunities in existing relationships
  • Ensure clients (advertisers and digital media agencies) are fully informed about digital products and commercial possibilities
  • Play a proactive role in marketing DPG Admanager and other platform solutions
  • Advise clients on Programmatic solutions that add real value and contribute to sustainable growth of the digital business
