Strategy and Operations Manager
CriblFull Time
Senior (5 to 8 years), Expert & Leadership (9+ years)
Proven experience managing multi-project portfolios with a focus on cost and schedule performance is required. Strong leadership without direct authority, the ability to influence and redirect stakeholders across silos, and the confidence to say "no," reset priorities, and enforce discipline are essential. Meticulous, data-driven planning with comfort building and running dashboards, along with the ability to cut through competing narratives and create a clear, fact-based view of delivery health, are necessary. A self-starter who drives their own work with minimal supervision is also required. Experience standing up or running a Program Management Office (PMO), familiarity with SaaS B2B delivery, consulting engagements, or infrastructure/industrial portfolios, and exposure to program and portfolio tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau are considered good-to-haves.
Build and run AiDASH’s PMO with tools, practices, and dashboards that provide transparency across the entire portfolio. Plan and manage the master delivery schedule across satellite vendors, AI/analytics, and app delivery, replanning as new sales enter the system. Optimize cost and schedule performance by managing throughput and resource allocation across all delivery teams. Create clarity and accountability by calling out risks early and ensuring the organization addresses them. Set priorities and enforce them, even when multiple project teams believe their work is most urgent. Influence without authority while ensuring decisions are made on facts, not optimistic assumptions. Report portfolio health with accuracy, objectivity, and persistence, building trust with leadership and customer-facing teams. Continuously improve the delivery system to increase throughput, reduce delays, and drive faster customer outcomes.
