Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in government national security programs, project management, or business operations, supporting national security programs
  • Strong understanding of government programs, security requirements, and customer relationship management
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and drive complex programs to successful outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
  • US Citizenship and ability to maintain a U.S. government TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Engagement tracking including period of performance, modifications, SKUs, security requirements, and deliverables. Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure proactive management
  • Manage engagement-driven security operations including personnel vetting, facility security inspections, training requirements, and security audits
  • Oversee personnel rosters and clearance sponsorships on contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting officers and their technical representatives, security teams, government sponsors, and other key external stakeholders
  • Provide cross-functional support to sales executives related to contracts, including pre-sales activities, renewals, and project expansions
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly reports, operational metrics, and leadership briefings. Deliver regular updates to internal leadership and external partners during program management reviews
  • Maintain and optimize processes to standardize engagement management, reporting, personnel onboarding, and tracking. Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences
