Requirements

3+ years of Program Management experience working with a team of product managers, designers, and engineers
Experience working with mobile, web, and backend engineering development teams on consumer-facing products
Professional experience communicating with executive leadership
Professional experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
Proficiency using Jira for project management, issue tracking, sprint planning and execution, and reporting
Self-starter comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
Ownership mentality with a bias for getting things done, regardless of the task
Cross-functional team player who can build positive relationships and influence without authority
Passion for the company's mission, values, and the outdoors
Humility, empathy, and open-mindedness
AI Native: ability to naturally incorporate AI tools to enhance work
Proficiency using Slack, Google Suite, and Figma (nice to have)
Professional experience working with SaaS (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Co-lead a user feature team that helps the community find their way outdoors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Design, Data, Engineering) to realize shared goals
Shepherd the team through roadmap planning, product development lifecycle, sprint processes, meetings, and daily operations
Manage the timely delivery of roadmap projects and bug fixes
Coordinate business need responses, including shifting projects, people, and priorities accordingly
Ensure the team is executing with speed, urgency, and velocity
Communicate progress with all stakeholders, including the executive team
Identify and mitigate risks, and enable others to be successful
Lead blameless post-mortems for continued improvement
