Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and basic SQL knowledge with S&P Capital IQ experience is preferred.
The Program Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, ensuring all obligations are met by facilitating workstreams and understanding partner agreements. They will provide excellent service to stakeholders, prepare quarterly reports on bank partnerships, track program budgets and expenses, and reconcile fees with bank partners for accuracy.
