Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, with at least 8 years in enterprise-level software implementation. Prior experience with ServiceNow products in an enterprise setting is required, along with excellent cross-functional project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Demonstrated experience in leading key projects from inception to successful roll-out, excellent documentation and presentation skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience leading large teams are essential. The role requires demonstrated success in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution, experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to anticipate and act. Active listening skills are necessary to ensure feedback drives new initiatives and identifies areas of improvement. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required. The ability to travel up to 50% is a condition of employment.
The Program Director is responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives to add significant value to customers and foster organizational innovation. This includes implementing new projects and managing customer engagement throughout these projects. They will manage cross-functional projects and teams, senior-level business executives, and customers to deliver a unique customer experience. The role involves providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to customers and internal executive teams, managing each project phase, and navigating cross-functional teams. The Program Director will initiate and/or participate in strategic initiatives, influencing the direction of projects and developing and presenting value propositions to customers. They will also mentor Customer Outcomes or Partner team members to achieve engagement deliverables and promote desired customer results, identify gaps between actuals and the plan of record, and propose and drive resolutions.
