Responsibilities

Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring understanding of program contract(s)/goals, consistent performance, and empowerment to make decisions and solve problems
Lead engagement with Customer(s) regarding delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and negotiating PPV and NRE
Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction aligned with Plexus' 5Es and Core Values
Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with support functions to develop and implement solutions
Proactively use knowledge of financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan, and take action to mitigate them
If have direct reports: Exemplify and hold team accountable to Plexus Core Values; evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and provide development and coaching
