Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience managing technical projects in operations and/or data analytics, with demonstrated expertise in prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will support the onboarding and compliance teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer experiences for SMS and Channels products. This role involves developing solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scale. Responsibilities include leading collaborative sessions to clarify program goals, deliverables, and milestones, learning new processes to ensure smooth operations, and taking initiative to identify and resolve issues that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
