Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and integration with customer systems is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. A background in Customer Success and a willingness to drive customer value are also required.
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading the end-to-end integration lifecycle, developing custom workflows/RPAs based on customer requirements, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, triaging technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current with product changes to educate customers.
