This role focuses on helping customers understand and leverage workflow automation through Tines, specifically within the Federal space. The Federal Customer Success Engineer acts as a technical expert, delivering production-ready automation stories as part of professional services.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of API-based integrations.
  • Experience designing and developing automation stories using Tines.
  • Ability to work closely with customers during onboarding, growth, and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping customers automate tasks without coding.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Automation Stories in Tines connecting tools together using their APIs.
  • Work closely with customers during their onboarding, growth, and expansion of Tines usage.
  • Deliver and support Professional Services engagements with the Project Management Team.
  • Educate customers on best practices in process automation and optimization.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for ongoing expansion, deal discovery, and success plans.
  • Partner with Federal Sales Engineers, CSMs, and Account Executives to build pipeline and presence in the Federal space.
  • Manage relationships with customers.
