Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical role. Strong experience with API integrations and workflow automation is required, along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies and data architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Federal Customer Success Engineer, you will design and develop Automation Stories in Tines, connecting various tools together using their APIs, and work closely with customers during their onboarding, growth, and expansion phases. You will deliver and support Professional Services engagements, educating customers on best practices in process automation and optimization, and partnering with Customer Success Managers for ongoing expansion deal discovery and success plans. Additionally, you will assist the team and customers on complex scenarios, manage relationships with Federal Sales Engineers, CSMs, and Account Executives, and contribute to building pipeline and presence in the federal space, potentially requiring on-site visits in restricted environments.
