Requirements

Candidates should possess 15+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles. Strong experience with martech software vendors is preferred, and a deep understanding of GenAI solutions, including Adobe Firefly, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Custom Models, and third-party AI models, is required.

Responsibilities

As Dir, Professional Services Tech Delivery, you will lead and sponsor the recruitment, development, and empowerment of a high-performing team, act as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts, define and refine scalable prototyping methods, champion the voice of the customer by translating customer insights into actionable priorities, stay current on advancements in generative AI, ensure delivery excellence by embedding governance and quality metrics, cultivate a high-performance culture, evangelize and scale generative AI adoption across Adobe’s teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
