The Professional Services Technical Consultant will provide onsite consulting services and support to ScienceLogic customers, performing hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic appliances. They will also work closely with customer staff, act as a subject matter expert, handle customer work activities both onsite and remotely, record all activity in the ticketing system, create knowledgebase articles, adhere to ScienceLogic Professional Services best practices, participate in departmental projects, and provide leadership and direction to customers regarding the ScienceLogic product suite.
