Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in project management or consulting, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with change management methodologies and a solid understanding of operational processes are highly desirable. Familiarity with SaaS environments and experience with scoping, planning, and executing operational projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Professional Service Project Consultant, you will develop and utilize change management scoping documents to capture client requirements, liaise with implementation and operations teams, and develop documentation for tracking feedback and resource requirements. You will conduct scoping activities for new change requests, collaborate with Project Services Managers to establish project schedules, lead requirements gathering sessions, and ensure business requirements are accurately documented and translated into configuration documents. Additionally, you will lead selected projects, act as a subject matter expert, contribute to process improvements, and validate operational requirements are met.
