Candidates should possess 5-7 years of Professional Services experience as a project or program manager overseeing the delivery of SaaS implementation projects, specifically with experience in platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, and others. Formal project management training and/or certification, such as PMP, is required.
The Lead - Customer Engagement will be the prime contact for customers during software implementation and deployment, managing all aspects of project management including scope and change request management. They will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and execute implementation plans, conduct pre-kickoff and kick-off meetings, establish project plans and milestones, and participate in developing practices and templates. The role involves monitoring project progress, reporting status to stakeholders, coordinating customer visits, and recommending product enhancements. Additionally, the Lead - Customer Engagement will coordinate with sales and implementation services to scope customer engagements, manage resources, establish communication and risk management plans, and potentially work outside of regular office hours, with 20% or more travel required.
