The Vice President of Consulting Services should possess proven ability to lead and mentor global teams, fostering excellence in Implementation and Technical Consulting, along with expertise in driving strategy and execution for service delivery, aligning processes with business objectives to scale operations effectively. Strong client advisory and relationship management skills are required, including a background as a strategic advisor to complex enterprise clients, and financial acumen with experience in managing profitability margins and optimizing cost structures. Technical consulting expertise and data-driven decision-making skills are also necessary, alongside executive presence and change management capabilities.
As the Vice President of Consulting Services, you will lead Consulting Services teams across NAMER, LATAM, and EMEA/APAC, ensuring alignment across regions and operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will champion a consulting-led approach, optimize service delivery, and establish Consulting Services as a strategic differentiator that delivers measurable value to clients. Additionally, you will drive business transformation for complex enterprise clients, working cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and optimize operational efficiency, oversee consulting engagements, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align services with customer needs and company goals.
