Five (5) plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience using lockout tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permit
Ability to read and interpret equipment work orders, manuals, assembly diagrams, electrical schematics, and P&ID’s
Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA, USDA, FDA, and other relevant industry standards

Responsibilities

Champions company and industry standard safety policies and procedures
Develops and executes inspections and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks on production and process utility equipment
Diagnoses and repairs production and process utility equipment deficiencies and failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
Uses continuous improvements tools and methods to improve equipment reliability (root cause analysis, failure mode analysis)
Coaches and trains team members on RCA and FMA
Champions and leads production equipment rebuilds, line moves, installations, setups, and calibrations
Works with OEM’s on emergency repairs
Manages assigned planned work, unplanned failures, and work orders in a high-paced environment
Accurately logs work orders in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Tracks maintenance and equipment performance metrics (labor, equipment uptime, preventive maintenance compliance, MTTR, MTBF, part usage, etc.)
