  • Gain deep understanding of lumber grading, math, efficiency, cuts, and yields
  • Assist with production scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management
  • Support team supervision and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Rotate through UFP facilities and customer sites for broad exposure
  • Complete required training modules, projects, and reports
