Responsibilities

Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team; delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on-time completion of tasks and orders
Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process; conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards and address any deviations promptly
Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals; identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows
Proactively communicate with the inventory control team to ensure timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out-of-stock items and shorts
Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and resolve issues that may impede on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders
Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership
