Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team; delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on-time completion of tasks and orders
  • Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process; conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards and address any deviations promptly
  • Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals; identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows
  • Proactively communicate with the inventory control team to ensure timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out-of-stock items and shorts
  • Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and resolve issues that may impede on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders
  • Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership
