Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a technical support or product support role, with a strong understanding of SaaS applications and customer support methodologies. Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with development teams is highly desirable.
The Product Support Engineer will provide global support covering all issues related to the Veeva product suite, support client administrators across multiple organizations, troubleshoot critical production issues affecting end-users, handle inquiries regarding technical issues and information requests, and gather information for analysis to propose resolutions or workarounds. They will also document new processes and maintain existing documentation, acting as a client-facing representative for the Development and Product teams.
