  • Background in STEM or Economics
  • Master's course in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics, or solid hands-on experience in one or more of these fields
  • Mother tongue Italian (speak, read, write) and fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotion of Ethicon products and related selling activities at a 360° level, including technical and commercial tasks
  • Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain products’ technical features and train them during surgical procedures
  • Support participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation, ensuring successful end-to-end process
  • Lead deployment of commercial strategy in assigned territory (Lombardia)
  • Contribute to projects in data management & insights (elaborating predictive analysis based on data)
  • Support digital health solutions launched by J&J and their strategic execution
  • Apply health economics knowledge: collect and analyze data to support economic value propositions, disseminate value-based messages to maximize innovation adoption, and develop projects with customers
