Requirements

  • Experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications relevant to post-trade software support
  • Ability to handle complex software and data issues requiring detailed investigation
  • Knowledge of post-trade services including asset servicing, securities and cash processing, and post-trade analytics
  • Willingness to work on-site with clients in locations worldwide

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consultancy services to clients for resolution of software and data issues
  • Work directly with clients, product engineering, business analysis, and DBA teams to resolve issues satisfactorily
  • Provide direct support to clients by phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Log incidents, understand problems, prioritize, assess impact and risks independently, and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners for escalated issues and manage them through to resolution
  • Stay up to date with new features and functionality enhancements in supported applications
  • Assist in requirements gathering and delivery of Change Requests
  • Assist in preparation of specification documents, business requirements, and impact assessments
  • Assist in project implementation, providing system knowledge and process understanding
