Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (e.g., in electrical engineering) or technical training with corresponding professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience in control technology, switchgear, generators, engines advantageous
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Worldwide product support for electrical components, control systems, generators, and switchgear
  • Conducting and leading troubleshootings remotely and on-site
  • Analysis, evaluation, and resolution of complex fault patterns
  • Coordination of product and application problems
  • Managing and resolving technically and commercially challenging issues
  • Active participation in CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) projects, responsible for data-based initiation of new CPI projects
  • Managing Product Health topics
  • Technical evaluation of warranty and goodwill decisions
  • Independently accompanying development and field follow projects
