Responsibilities

  • Maximize MI funnel, orders, sales, market share, and margin for sustainable business growth in Philippines and support ASEAN
  • Drive realization of revenue through execution of on-site delivery targets
  • Support sales activities in ASEAN region (e.g., society congresses, demos/visits/presentations, product configuration, product management, training, regional KOL engagement)
  • Lead pre-sale clinical applications at new installations and existing install base to customer satisfaction per GEHC global standards
  • Answer a wide range of questions concerning product and clinical MI aspects
  • Drive market growth initiatives (e.g., industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, clinical sites)
  • Produce product quotes and configuration validation
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuous engagement on equipment optimization
  • Use market and product knowledge for product positioning, technical presentations, and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Generate and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers
  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company policies and quality processes
  • Collaborate and support regulatory registration for MI products in Philippines; lead regulatory approvals for calibration sources in Philippines and support ASEAN countries
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action
