Responsibilities

  • Keep a pulse on the AI market, including NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI advancements
  • Gather insights on competitor offerings, customer adoption patterns, and emerging opportunities
  • Share actionable intelligence with Product and Marketing teams for roadmap alignment and campaign readiness
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven offerings such as Marketing Automation, Chatbots, and Voicebots
  • Support Sales teams by co-creating client pitches, demos, and solution blueprints
  • Lead strategic conversations with CXOs and decision-makers to demonstrate the ROI of AI solutions
  • Partner with Sales to identify, qualify, and close AI-led opportunities across industries
  • Own end-to-end AI solution selling for complex enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and value realization
