Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities aligned with Flipster’s strategic goals
  • Attend and participate in online and offline partner meetings
  • Design mutually beneficial partnership deal structures using creative thinking and business development skills
  • Understand and contribute to key partnership decision points
  • Negotiate partnership terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for Flipster
  • Assist in end-to-end management of partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for partnership partners, managing internal and external communications and expectations
  • Provide regular updates and reports for external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Design creative co-marketing campaigns that are mutually beneficial for both ends of the negotiation
  • Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of all partnership commitments
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance to ensure alignment with OKRs and drive user growth
