Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, along with a minimum of five years of experience in customer-focused technology tools and Agile product development. They should have experience using product management and operation tools such as Azure DevOps and Product Lifecycle Processes, and be comfortable bringing new digital products to market. Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, the individual will develop and execute on epics aligned with a digital product roadmap, partnering with IT teams to define product value and manage dependencies. They will anticipate technical bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints. This role involves collaborating with internal testing, service experience, and operational teams to identify impacts, creating and tracking progress using product management tools, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Additionally, they will work with stakeholders across brokerage business lines, including Agent CRM, Agent Contracting, Commissions, and Call Center support, to ensure successful digital solutions.
