Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience, demonstrate the ability to proactively manage their workload and tasks independently, showcasing good judgment in prioritization and time management, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. They should also demonstrate a demonstrated ability to effectively interface and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in, along with an eye for excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
As a Product Owner, the individual will provide direction, backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories for a front-end development team, managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on changing priorities, aligning engineering priorities with product strategy to achieve overall business goals, training internal teams on product enhancements and future engineering goals, working with the product team, internal stakeholders, and end-users to deliver updates and status reports on product initiatives, and collaborating with Design and Engineering to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring a balance between technical and customer-centric priorities. They will also gather requirements and feedback from a variety of people, including users, product development team members, and management team members, and participate in sprint planning, daily standup meetings, and other agile development activities.
