Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Travel/Aviation Industry, particularly in Business Analysis Design, Domain Consulting, Digital Transformation, Operational Transformation, Product Management, and Implementation
Experience as a project lead, test lead, product owner, or business analyst
Proficiency in Aviation IT Solutions
Experience in Amadeus API Integration testing
Deep understanding of Airline/Airport Business Process Models (e.g., reservations, ticketing, departure control systems, loyalty programs)
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, defining Use Cases, Product Backlog, Business Case, and requirements management
Experience conducting requirement workshops, interviews, stakeholder meetings, and demos
15 years full-time education
Good to have: Automation testing of webservices using Postman and SOAPUI, REST APIs, XML, JSON, Altea Reservations, IATA NDC, Altéa Suite, Amadeus GDS, One Order Implementation, PSS Technical Implementation, Loyalty Implementation, TIBCO or MULESOFT, Business Requirements Analysis

Responsibilities

Drive the product vision as the voice of the customer using human-centered design, shape and manage product roadmap and backlog, ensure delivery on client needs
Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops for timely direction changes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories; conduct walkthroughs of test cases and functionality demos to the business
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture project goals and pain points
Leverage functional knowledge of airline operations to ensure alignment with industry best practices
Design test cases for entire application and build RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) as testing proceeds
Assist in creating business process models, data flow diagrams, and use cases
Perform smoke testing, regression, functional testing, data-driven testing, cross-browser testing, and parallel test execution
Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation
Work with QA teams to define and validate test cases; support UAT and defect triaging
Participate in production checkouts/releases
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and escalate issues/risks as needed
Support change management and user training efforts for new systems or processes
