Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products, with knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience prioritizing multiple work items is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Manager will lead the product operating model, including defining rituals, tools, templates, and dashboards, and champion the use of AI tools to standardize and accelerate development. They will partner with Product Managers to identify and implement solutions for operational pain points, systematize and improve product development workflows by introducing automation and tooling, and maintain the Product team's tech stack. Responsibilities also include transforming product insights into strategic action by managing data capture and usage, partnering with other teams to track performance and develop dashboards, and orchestrating go-to-market planning by developing product launch frameworks and ensuring coordination with Product Marketing.
