Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of customer-facing and internal marketing materials—including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and presentations—to support sales efforts, customer education, and product visibility
  • Translate complex technical content into compelling, accessible collateral that communicates our value proposition clearly to varied audiences
  • Partner with external agencies and internal subject matter experts to ensure all content is visually aligned with our brand identity and technically accurate
  • Directly influence sales effectiveness by equipping frontline teams with materials that build trust and credibility with prospects
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product launches in collaboration with Product Management and Market Intelligence, ensuring timely rollout across digital, web, and sales channels
  • Co-own the end-to-end go-to-market campaign lifecycle - from strategic planning and messaging to tactical execution and post-launch analysis
  • Drive market awareness and customer engagement for new solutions, helping convert innovation into commercial success
  • Align messaging and timing with market intelligence to capitalize on competitive and macro trends
  • Serve as the marketing lead for all major trade shows and customer events, working cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution, compelling messaging, and high ROI
  • Develop strategic show plans including booth presence, targeted communications, onsite collateral, and lead capture strategy
  • Elevate Waygate’s brand presence and market visibility by coordinating memorable, high-impact customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to prioritize event opportunities that drive pipeline and deepen customer relationships
  • Manage and optimize our online channels including corporate website, landing pages, and SEO strategies to ensure maximum visibility and engagement
  • Regularly update digital assets to reflect new product releases, campaigns, and brand messaging
  • Use website analytics and customer behavior insights to improve content relevance, optimize user experience, and drive lead conversion
  • Coordinate with the global digital marketing team to support paid media, retargeting, and lead-nurturing initiatives
  • Partner with Market Intelligence to develop and maintain an arsenal of sales tools, including presentation decks, competitive battlecards, and product summaries that enable effective, value-driven conversations with customers
  • Support onboarding and continuous education of the commercial team by providing structured, easy-to-use resources tailored to customer personas and market needs
  • Drive alignment between product positioning and sales messaging to ensure consistent communication throughout the buyer journey
  • Act as a key connector between customer feedback loops and content strategy, ensuring marketing efforts evolve with the market
