Requirements

  • 4-5 years B2B/SaaS product marketing experience with proven success in managing end-to-end client feature adoption, retention, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns
  • Expert storyteller with passion for simplifying complex subject matter into tangible outcomes that resonate with target audiences
  • Investment management marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting high-performing emails and creating content/collateral (data sheets, fact sheets, case studies, etc.)
  • Successful track record of working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Creativity with out-of-the-box thinking and interest in trying/learning new things
  • Self-directed, resourceful, accountable with positive “can do” attitude
  • Familiarity with Product Marketing and Management Model preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, Knak (must)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase client retention and feature adoption in Governance and Analytics sectors, focusing on Asset Manager/Owner segments and Corporate Secretaries/General Counsel/Governance professionals
  • Manage and partner with CCOE (Campaign Center of Excellence) for campaign initiatives
  • Create and distribute tier 2 and tier 3 adoption/retention communications via email
  • Implement in-product strategies using tools like Pendo and Log-in Promos to enhance user engagement/adoption
  • Utilize paid LinkedIn campaigns to target and retain clients
  • Collaborate with Research and Growth teams to release quarterly analytics reports, develop web pages, coordinate email communications, include findings in newsletters, and create messaging for paid social activations
  • Develop and implement framework for reporting campaign performance, track progress toward feature/AI adoption goals, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies
  • Provide GTM (Go-To-Market) support for enablement initiatives aligned with product marketing strategies
  • Own product page copy and graphic updates based on new releases/strategy, leveraging CCOE coordinators, collaborating with Performance team and segment leads, developing feature messaging/graphics, and crafting feature release blog content for Tier 1/2 releases
