Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy for Zoom Virtual Agent, driving awareness, pipeline, and adoption. This includes crafting target personas, growth ICPs, and go-to-market targeting. Responsibilities also involve building compelling messaging and positioning that highlights ZVA's AI-first capabilities, and creating marketing and enablement plans with tools such as personas, pitch decks, competitor insights, and solution briefs. The role requires understanding the market, segmentation, and global opportunities to position ZVA effectively and identify product attach strategies. Leading product launches by partnering closely with product, marketing, and enablement teams is key. The manager will act as the voice and champion of the customer, leveraging insights to shape strategy and messaging, and create impactful content and thought leadership assets. Additionally, they will serve as a market-facing spokesperson and thought leader for Zoom Virtual Agent.
