Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software industry is required. Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, customer segmentation, and buyer personas is essential, along with a proven track record in developing messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the product lifecycle. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary, as are excellent communication and presentation skills. A strong customer orientation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are also key requirements.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for positioning and messaging Citrix products and their competitive differentiators. This role involves partnering with Citrix/Cloud Software Group, product management, sales, and marketing to communicate the Citrix value proposition, enable revenue growth, and deliver compelling product experiences. Key duties include developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases, crafting clear product positioning and messaging for partners and end-consumers, and conducting market research and competitive analysis. The manager will also influence product roadmaps, create sales enablement tools, develop marketing campaigns, measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, and act as a product evangelist at various events and meetings.
