Responsibilities

  • Own and project manage comprehensive product launch communications plans across multiple product lines (GTM Launch Plans & Releases)
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Data teams to define GTM approach and channel mix by customer segment
  • Coordinate product release timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to deliver impactful sales enablement sessions and materials (Sales Enablement)
  • Manage the creation and delivery of customer-facing product roadmaps and training sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped to win
  • Develop and own the messaging framework and GTM playbook for all GTM teams and markets (ICP & Persona Messaging)
  • Ensure consistent, compelling persona-based messaging across all communications and channels
  • Take full ownership of marketing and sales collateral from ideation to execution, including battlecards, product sheets, website product pages, demo library, and sales slide decks (GTM Collateral)
  • Work alongside Marketing to ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines and product positioning
  • Collaborate with integration partners to define and communicate joint GTM plans and technical specifications for both internal and external audiences (Integration Partners)
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
