Ability to simplify complex concepts and craft compelling stories to empower sales teams, engage customers, and elevate market presence
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing, enablement)
Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to align product roadmap with customer needs
Operate with a GM/CEO mentality: influencing without authority, owning go-to-market, driving revenue and adoption, shaping product-market fit
Deep understanding of key personas (procurement, finance, IT, developers), use cases, and value drivers in AI-powered spend management

Responsibilities

Shape messaging, positioning, and sales enablement strategies for Coupa's AI-powered spend management platform
Take Coupa's AI messaging to the next level and collaborate with product team on bringing next-generation agentic AI solutions to market
Expand AI offerings across the Coupa platform
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, translating market, competitive, and customer insights into winning positioning and narratives
Co-lead product launches and product roadmap with product team
Act as strategic advisor to Field, Product, and Marketing teams
Define and evangelize value: craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with key personas; deliver impactful presentations at live and virtual events
Build a developer community around Coupa Agent creation platforms and extensibility
Develop and manage comprehensive suite of sales collateral and enablement materials
Deliver enablement programs in collaboration with Enablement team to equip sales and customer success teams
Drive revenue growth, build pipeline, increase adoption/retention by influencing product roadmap and driving GTM motions/campaigns with Marketing
