Candidates should possess a strong technical foundation with a general understanding of mobile operator messaging and network API services, ideally with hands-on experience with CPaaS APIs. A technical knowledge and experience in the delivery of SaaS or PaaS product offerings is required, along with comfort conveying technical concepts to various organizational groups. Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools is necessary, as well as working knowledge of database systems, SQL, log analysis tools like Kibana, and at least one coding language. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive product decisions are essential product management skills. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) or customer identity and access management (CIAM) is preferred.
The Product Manager will collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the Identity Services roadmap, analyzing market trends in CIAM, mobile operator authentication, and carrier identity services to identify new product opportunities. They will work closely with engineering teams to enhance identity APIs, support the development of AI-powered fraud prevention capabilities, and gather customer requirements for identity fraud solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting user research, collaborating with UX/UI teams on developer experiences, supporting documentation creation, partnering with engineering, security, and compliance teams, and working with carrier relations and business development teams to expand partnerships. The role involves monitoring the competitive landscape, analyzing emerging technologies, staying current with regulations, and contributing to product positioning and messaging.
