Responsibilities

  • Lead localized product strategy and roadmap execution for MongoDB Atlas in Korea’s developer and enterprise segments
  • Adapt global product initiatives to the Korean market, ensuring competitive positioning and local relevance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and execute product adoption campaigns, launch playbooks, and growth initiatives
  • Analyze usage data, market feedback, and competitor insights to prioritize features and drive product-led growth
  • Represent MongoDB at developer events, strategic account meetings, and industry forums
  • Maintain alignment with global Product, R&D, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive delivery and messaging
