Responsibilities

Lead localized product strategy and roadmap execution for MongoDB Atlas in Korea’s developer and enterprise segments
Adapt global product initiatives to the Korean market, ensuring competitive positioning and local relevance
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and execute product adoption campaigns, launch playbooks, and growth initiatives
Analyze usage data, market feedback, and competitor insights to prioritize features and drive product-led growth
Represent MongoDB at developer events, strategic account meetings, and industry forums
Maintain alignment with global Product, R&D, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive delivery and messaging
