Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategy for payment products, ensuring an appropriate product mix for each segment with corresponding value propositions
  • Manage the customer lifecycle with payment products, focusing on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Execute action plans to meet financial and non-financial goals for payment products
  • Prepare presentations for committees with various organizational areas and high-level executives (internal and external)
  • Implement commercial actions related to credit card portfolio and usage, analyzing financial industry dynamics and highlighting business opportunities
  • Develop financial models for potential strategic agreements and contract conditions with brands/partners
  • Formulate hypotheses, designs, and execute tests, measuring impact using statistical software, focused on implementations
