Requirements

They should also demonstrate expert-level skills in analytics tools and methodologies, including A/B testing and data interpretation, along with exceptional taste in design and user experience, the ability to thoughtfully critique and improve design proposals, and strong problem-solving skills with a passion for finding innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for the Marketplace at Wander, you will own the roadmap and execution for Wander’s marketplace, aligning closely with design, engineering, and business teams, and driving product decisions using qualitative insights, rigorous data analysis, and A/B testing. You will collaborate with designers to create beautiful, intuitive user experiences, define success metrics, measure results, and rapidly iterate to enhance marketplace performance, and communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment around product strategy and execution. Furthermore, you will stay attuned to user needs, market trends, and competitor dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
