Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of overall product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products. Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will own product strategy, roadmaps, and metrics for collaboration areas of Fieldguide’s product while contributing to the overall product vision. They will focus on customer needs, defining and shipping zero-to-one features and enhancing existing ones. The role involves partnering with engineering and product design leads to iteratively ship features using agile processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive product feature adoption. Additionally, the Lead Product Manager will implement and refine product management best practices and contribute to Fieldguide’s product culture through hiring and team development.
