Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including experience in the eCommerce industry and a strong preference for experience with Social Media Commerce/Shops. They should also have a solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, along with an MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Human Interaction Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, the individual will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ship high-performing features, define and evangelize their product roadmap throughout the organization, ruthlessly prioritize product initiatives through user research and data analysis, engage in sprint activities with APAC-based teams, monitor and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making, and analyze market and competitive conditions to develop a differentiated product vision. They will also be responsible for understanding customer pain points and developing intuitive solutions, communicating complex problems clearly, and demonstrating a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and adaptability.
