As a Product Manager for Helium 10’s Pacvue business unit, you will be responsible for obsessing over users and creating innovative products and features that solve their problems. This role involves user research, prioritizing initiatives, writing detailed specifications, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You will set clear objectives, deploy resources, and measure product impact through data analysis. You’ll take ownership of the product and be passionate about developing a compelling product roadmap focused on user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, & marketing to ship high-performing features.
  • Define and evangelize your product roadmap throughout the organization.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize product initiatives through user research and data analysis.
  • Engage in sprint activities with your APAC-based product and engineering teams and provide them with detailed user stories and specs.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ - 7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Industry: Experience in the eCommerce industry is required.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with Social Media Commerce/Shops is highly preferred.
  • User Focus: Empathy towards the customers with the ability to understand their pain points and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill behavioral data (e.g., funnels, cohorts, raw data sets) into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills, regularly decomposing complex problems and presenting them clearly to the team and executives.
  • Technical Background: Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Education: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Human Interaction Design, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred.
  • Work Ethic: Strong Work Ethic. Employees must understand and possess a willingness to work hard, be honest, and have integrity.
  • Adaptability: Must be self-motivated and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
  • Language: Mandarin fluency is a plus.
