Hightouch is seeking a Product Manager to join their Control Plane team. This role is crucial for crafting foundational building blocks that enterprise customers use to operate and deploy Hightouch across their organizations. The Control Plane team addresses platform challenges related to core workflows, administration, and other foundational elements like third-party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, and billing. This position is instrumental in enabling Hightouch to service enterprise customers at scale and support its growth as a multi-product startup, directly impacting the company's expansion with major brands.

About The Role

What you'll own:

  • Product leadership for the Control Plane team, responsible for horizontal features across the entire Hightouch product suite.
  • Crafting foundational building blocks for enterprise customers.
  • Addressing complex platform challenges in areas such as:
    • Core Workflows (managing core resources, environments, navigation, notifications, lineage)
    • Administration (roles & permissions, workspace structure, reporting, security & compliance)
    • Other Foundations (3rd party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, billing)

  • Drive 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution for the entire Control Plane portfolio.

  • Present frequently to customers and help solve challenges for large enterprise clients.
  • Contribute to a world-class Product team known for innovation, having pioneered Reverse ETL and the Composable architecture.
  • Operate as a true owner, independently driving product areas and delivering direct business impact within a lean, high-impact team.
