Coder is searching for a Product Manager to own and elevate our entire public docs platform. If you thrive at the intersection of product, developer relations, and technical writing - and you want full ownership of making Coder’s documentation remarkable - this role is for you.

What you’ll do here

  • Re-architect our information hierarchy so devs find answers faster, learn deeper, and smile more
  • Author install guides, tutorials, troubleshooting playbooks, and reference material that accelerate customer success
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, and solutions teams to define, evangelize, and iterate clear contribution standards
  • Instrument engagement metrics, test hypotheses, ship improvements, repeat

What we’re looking for

  • Sharp product sense and strong opinions on what makes software great, paired with a bias for shipping and iterating
  • 3+ years in developer relations, product management, or software engineering
  • Hands-on familiarity with developer tooling, DevOps, or platform-engineering ecosystems
  • Passion for writing code, product requirements, and crisp technical documentation

Bonus tacos if you have

  • Built doc sites with static-site generators (Docusaurus, Hugo, etc.) or docs-as-code workflows
  • Expertise in information architecture, API reference design, or search optimization
  • Track record of growing documentation communities or open-source contribution programs
