Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in developer relations, product management, or software engineering. Hands-on familiarity with developer tooling, DevOps, or platform-engineering ecosystems is required. Experience building doc sites with static-site generators or docs-as-code workflows, expertise in information architecture, API reference design, or search optimization, and a track record of growing documentation communities or open-source contribution programs are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will own and elevate the public docs platform, re-architecting the information hierarchy to help developers find answers faster. They will author install guides, tutorials, troubleshooting playbooks, and reference material to accelerate customer success. This role involves partnering with PMs, engineers, and solutions teams to define and iterate on contribution standards, instrumenting engagement metrics, testing hypotheses, and implementing improvements.
