Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in developer relations, product management, or software engineering. Hands-on familiarity with developer tooling, DevOps, or platform-engineering ecosystems is required. Experience building doc sites with static-site generators or docs-as-code workflows, expertise in information architecture, API reference design, or search optimization, and a track record of growing documentation communities or open-source contribution programs are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

This role involves partnering with PMs, engineers, and solutions teams to define and iterate on contribution standards, instrumenting engagement metrics, testing hypotheses, and implementing improvements.
