Requirements

  • Proven background in SaaS products (3+ years) - a must
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and customer teams - a must
  • Passionate about accelerating customer value through pre-built, high-impact solutions
  • Comfortable owning a “product within the product” - balancing strategy, execution, and iteration
  • Data-driven, with the ability to define success metrics and use them to improve outcomes
  • Skilled at understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive, high-value solutions
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Gong’s GTM Content strategy and experience, across multiple product domains (Forecast, Enablement & Coaching, Dashboards and more)
  • Build and expand a library of ready-to-use templates and content that solve real customer problems and reflect industry best practices
  • Work with customers, users, and GTM teams to understand and prioritize template needs across industries, roles, and sales motions
  • Define and manage the full lifecycle for content and templates — creation, analytics-based iteration, and retirement - ensuring continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure content is deeply integrated into the product experience and easy to discover, customize, and adopt
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch and promote content as part of product releases and GTM plays
  • Use data to measure adoption and impact, and translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions
